Connecting people to opportunities

Our team are well versed in working alongside both schools and community organisations to support students and client to explore our industry.

The Women in Collision Repair programme works closely with schools and community organisations to help people discover the opportunities available within the collision repair industry. Through strong partnerships with careers advisors, training providers, and community groups, we support students and jobseekers to explore the exciting pathways our industry offers — from panel beating to automotive refinishing. Our team brings extensive experience and genuine passion for careers events, regularly attending school expos, delivering presentations, and facilitating industry conversations that help young people understand what a career in collision repair can look like.

We provide practical support every step of the way, including CV and cover letter assistance, job-seeking and application guidance, and online information sessions designed to introduce people to the industry and its training pathways. We also work with schools to coordinate Gateway placements and meaningful work experience opportunities, helping learners gain real insight into workshop environments. By connecting schools, communities, and employers, Women in Collision Repair aims to make the pathway into the industry clear, accessible, and supportive for those who are curious about where a career in this dynamic and skilled sector could take them.
